Our Class Options

Lunchstime Spin fusion - 12:15 PM Tuesdays

This is our traditional spin class.  It combines cardio and endurance in a 40-minute calorie-crunching quick lunch break session! Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it's great at toning muscles to making you super strong. 

Senior Strong - 9:30 am Mondays/wednesdays

This low impact class is perfect for active seniors and anyone wanting a fun combo of cardio and circuit training.  This class starts with 30 minutes of aerobic dance to get your heart pumping.  Finishing off with a fun variety of strength training exercises in a circuit perfect for keeping active and strong!

Kickboxing - 5:15PM Monday

This fun cardio kickboxing class will have your heart pounding and sweat dripping!  Fun combinations of kicking, punching and core give you a full body burn!  You will love taking all your stress out on our bags as you work up a sweat with this active group class.  Gloves recommended!

Gentle yoga - Tuesday/ THursday 9:30 am

This class is appropriate for the beginner student as well as the seasoned yogi who would like to slow down their pace. We take time moving in and out of the poses and also take time to look inward and feel the benefits of each pose. Verbal instructions and modifications are offered to encourage the student to work at their own level. This is an all-levels class. Leave feeling energized and stress-free.

Weight in motion - 6:30pM TUESDAY/ 5:30pm THURSDAY

This exciting class is a mix of weight lifting , bodyweight exercises and cardio.  With the goal of increasing strength, performance, and fitness in your athletic endeavors or your daily life.  This class can be scaled for all fitness levels from beginner to expert!   

Lunch Club - 12:00pm M/W/F

This open class in un-coached.  We post a new workout on the white board for you to come and knock out each day during lunch with the lunch club crew or on your own time in the classroom.  Workouts vary from EMOMS, AMRAPS, Timed or reps counts.  Always some thing new and fun!
