Book your personal training sessions based on frequency
Schedule individual sessions as needed without a reoccurring plan.
Designed for those needing just a few sessions to help get acquainted with the gym.
No minimum sessions required.
Monthly Training Packages
1 per Week - $200 - 4 Sessions
2 per Week - $320 - 8 Sessions
3 per Week - $420 - 12 Sessions
4 per Week - $480 - 16 Sessions
Part of a multi-week program. Meet with your trainer on a regular basis, 1-4 days per week, for your workouts and added support and accountability.
Custom programming included. All sessions must be used within 40 days.
Gym membership included with 12 and 16 session packages!
Training with friends is fun! You have more accountability and support and save on the cost.
For group sessions, the monthly rates apply. However, you both receive a discount. Train with two or more people and each save 20%.
Prepayments due prior to sessions. Cancelations without 24 hour notice will be charged.
Custom nutrition plan added to training for faster results. Discounted when combined.
